Role reports to: Global Head, Strategy and Capabilities

Location: Kenvue’s corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.

Pay: Anticipated Base Salary of $160,000 to $276,000

What you will do

The Senior Director, Global Portfolio Management is responsible for leading the Kenvue Portfolio Management team, responsible for managing delivery of the total portfolio and innovation pipeline objectives. This role is also responsible for delivering total portfolio and pipeline objectives by supporting global decision making and defining one Kenvue Way of operating.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively shapes total Kenvue portfolio and pipeline against overall strategy and business objectives

• Lead approximately 5 -7 direct reports

• Management and delivery of portfolio and pipeline objectives addressing systemic blockers

• Defines, evolves, and implements best in class governance and stage gate approach E2E integrating with Kenvue Strategy, SOBG and Human-Centered Innovation principles

• Owns tech/data roadmap and business partnering for portfolio and pipeline management

• Chairs Global Growth Forum

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience

• Proven ability to deliver on total portfolio and pipeline objectives by supporting global decision making

• Experience working within a highly matrixed Global environment

Desired Qualifications

• Masters Degree highly preferred

• Excellent analytical (MS Excel) and presentation (PowerPoint) skills

• Working knowledge of Project Portfolio Management systems

• Proven previous FMCG, CPG experience

• Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $160,000 to $276,000. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
