This position reports in to the Director Hair Care Supply Chain and is based in Skillman, NJ USA and will relocate to Summit NJ, starting Q2-25.

Role reports to: Director Hair Care Supply Chain

Location: Skillman, NJ (will relocate to Summit NJ)

Travel %: 5%

Pay: $144,000 - $195,000

What You Will Do

The Senior Manager PMO Innovation Lead is responsible for developing and successfully delivering the Innovation NPD/NPI project portfolio, which impacts all hair care brands globally.

In addition, this position has people leadership responsibilities for a team of 2 – 5 project managers who lead the execution of the Innovation project portfolio.

To be successful in this role the Senior Manager PMO Innovation Lead will need to,

• Collaborate with key global stakeholders in project pipeline development

• Be the voice of the Project Management team at the governance forums

• Lead cross-functional program teams from project onset through post implementation.

• Ensure excellence in the execution of the project portfolio to deliver on committed implementation scope, schedule and cost

• Allocate PM FTE and Supply Chain OPEX & CAPEX to those initiatives that most efficiently deliver on the Commercial and Supply Chain strategies

• Align and provide visibility to senior management on all aspects of the project portfolio

• Develop individual goals that are directly tied to department and company objectives.

• Recruit, lead, coach, and develop project managers who lead programs/projects. Assess the team's performance on an ongoing basis, including completion of performance appraisals.

• Identifies, leads, and deploys improvements in the project management process. Subject Matter Expert in project & program management

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree

• 8 years combined experience in two or more functional areas – Project Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Process Excellence, Procurement, Engineering, R&D, Sales, Marketing or Finance

• 3 years of project management experience

• Ability to manage multiple initiatives under tight deadlines and work in a matrix environment where priorities change rapidly

• Proven business acumen in the areas of supply chain, commercial and financials with ability to formulate and communicate business cases and justifications with financial lens

• Superior communication skills (both written and oral) and adept at communicating complex ideas and concepts

Desired Qualifications

• A degree in engineering, supply chain or related areas

• A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other advanced degree

• 3 years people management experience

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills

• Ability to achieve alignment, foster collaboration and connect key functional partners

• An independent self-starter with the ability to plan, implement, and achieve significant, complex goals and objectives

• Ability to coach & develop accountable, diverse leaders who inspire and motivate others to realize the company's strategies and goals
