Pharmacy Operations Coordinator provides managerial support to the Director of Pharmacy and other Pharmacy Department personnel through day to day operation of the drug distribution process to include, but not limited to: supervision and training of technicians, employee feedback involvement for technicians in the process/area, ensuring adequate stock levels of drugs are maintained, and ensuring all drug distribution records are maintained. This position is responsible for supporting a patient and customer focused department in support of the delivery of exceptional patient care.

- Bachelor’s degree or PharmD. from an accredited college of Pharmacy required
- 3 years minimum hospital experience required
- ASHP accredited residency and/or advanced degree (MBA, MHA, MS) preferred
- Appropriate State Pharmacy License (or eligible to obtain) required
