Main responsibilities :

  • Lead Right Part Right Time (RPRT) process

  • Maintain RPRT boards, files and leading RPRT meetings in the shop floor (support weekly LEAN review meetings)

  • Responsibility for Velocity Alerts and discipline to execute RCCA

  • Support Inbound freight cost reduction, monitoring and analyzing truck weight and space utilization

  • Participating to develop material flow plans, pull material replenishment plans (KANBAN) and other improvements within supply chain department

  • Contact with small group of suppliers, monitoring demand changes and adjust to customer needs

  • Verification and approval of debit notes, transportation griefs/invoices, problem solving

  • Supporting IRA (Inventory Record Accuracy) counts and discipline to execute RCCA

  • Create various reports and analyzing results (weekly, monthly)

Required qualifications:

  • Strong collaborative, interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work across functions to perform work deploying supply chain improvements

  • Desired background in Supply Chain, Manufacturing / Operations, Inventory Management, Material Requirements Planning, Demand Management and/or Logistics

  • Basic knowledge of Lean and 6Sigma tools

  • Analytical thinking skills, problem-solving skills, communication skills

  • Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level

  • Knowledge of SAP ERP system

  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English
