Purpose: Product Portfolio Liaison (PPL) – Cross-TA Delivery Unit will be accountable for the day-to-day information management in planning & financial systems (Planisware (PLW)/Beacon/MS Teams/ SharePoint/User Community Tool (UCT)/Spectrum, other technologies). They will report to a PPL team lead and partner with designated organizations/functions and lead or participate in business process initiatives.
You will be responsible for :
As an active member of Cross-TA DU PPL team, the PPL supports accurate planning and financial process flows (ex. Continuous Forecasting or APS) that are linked across the J&J Innovative Medicine portfolio. Focus will be on providing support to several current processes (not limited) that are key for the team:
Governance for systems, processes & technology
Planning, Clinical Trials & IMSC Forecasting Capabilities
Reporting, Data Insights & Data Analytics
Continuous Improvement & Initiatives
Business Rules ownership
Knowledge Management & Communications
Enable functional detailed planning and analytics of timelines, resources, drivers, algorithms, reason codes, manual updates to provide operational efficiency and capacity utilization within a designated organization.
Facilitate timely management of portfolio/project/trial plans, including but not limited to timelines, resource drivers, and FTE/OOP forecasting, in support of the monthly continuous forecast and financial business cycles.
Deliver high data quality by handling any mismatch/process resolution for the portfolio across all TAs and development categories (Discovery, ED, LD) within multiple system interfaces PLW/UCT/Beacon/OMP/eMP/etc.
Develop and leverage reporting capabilities (via Tableau/Power BI/Spotfire/etc.) to provide data insights that drive informed decisions for project and functional business partners.
Provide ongoing partnership & communication for operations team and business partners including but not limited to the Delivery Units, BGIA, IDAR, functions, Finance, Procurement, IMSC, IT and others.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
Required:
Minimum 2-4 years in industry experience
Strong operational and analytical skills (including knowledge of Microsoft office tools, especially those associated with Excel, MS project, etc.)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Must have the ability to work with phenomenal accuracy, be customer and service-focused
Demonstrate excellent time management, prioritization, and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
Experience working within a globally distributed team
Knowledge of planning processes/tools
Experience with Planisware
Experience with reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
The anticipated base pay range for this position in the US is $89,000 to $143,750.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year
