Hyatt Stewarding Lead in ST. LOUIS, Missouri

Description:

As the Stewarding Lead, you are primarily responsible for assisting to coordinate and maintain the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware and cookware. This person must have good communication skills and the ability to understand and complete banquet contracts. You will also be responsible for assisting the Executive and Assistant Executive Stewards in the supervision and training of stewards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume hotel, restaurant or equivalent

  • Open availability including weekends and holidays

  • Strong communication skills

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve a common goal

  • Ability to motivate and lead

  • Desire to continuously develop in your leadership and management skills

  • Able to lift/push/pull a minimum of 50lbs

  • Ability to perform and excel in a fast-paced environment
