The Opportunity

This Senior Manager, EHR Connectivity Operations position works out of the Minneapolis, MN location in the Medical Devices Digital Solutions organization organization.

The Senior Manager, EHR Connectivity Operations reports to the Head of Technology, Digital Solutions. This critical role will lead and manage an EHR Connectivity Operations team focused on implementing and maintaining successful integrations between Abbott Medical Device platforms to our customers EHRs. The Senior Manager, EHR Connectivity Operations will play a pivotal role in ensuring all projects are appropriately prioritized and implemented on schedule and with high quality while ensuring all service level agreements are honored.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Work closely with the Head Of Technology to ensure the EHR Connectivity Operations team aligns with Digital Solutions' overall strategies and objectives.

• Lead and manage the EHR Connectivity Operations Team, providing guidance and support as needed.

• Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure business needs are being met.

• Prioritize incoming projects to manage workloads amongst the team.

• Ensure all projects are implemented on schedule and executed with high quality.

• Ensure customer success.

• Ensure production support.

• Communicate effectively with employees, stakeholders, and customers, both verbally and in writing.

• Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring all expenditures are justified and aligned with business goals.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

Critical Success Indicators:

• Past experience leading teams with diverse skill sets and the ability to manage staff effectively.

• Past success with leading large‐scale projects.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related field

• Prior experience in either the HealthTech or MedTech field

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in a management role

• Proven track record of successful leadership and team management

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Experience in budget management and financial analysis

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred :

• Master's degree in information technology, computer science or related field

• Experience with various EHR’s in the space today such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.

• Prior experience or exposure to Healthcare Interoperability Data Standards and Protocols

• Professional certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or CFA are a plus

The base pay for this position is $125,300.00 – $250,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
