This position will follow our hybrid work model; we expect the selected candidate to work 3 days (Tue/Wed/Thu) a week at our Saint Petersburg, FL corporate office.

Job Summary:

The Fee Based Ops Training Specialist will develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to support multiple roles within the AMS team. The Specialist will leverage various tools, software, and methodologies to create engaging, effective training materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, and classroom-style sessions. This role will collaborate with AMS leadership and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs tailored to new hires and existing employees in AMS roles.

  • Create and manage e-learning modules, quick guides, and other training materials using Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Premiere Pro, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and LMS tools.

  • Lead and facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions.

  • Develop presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, including animations and advanced transitions.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

  • Conduct meetings with individual teams to address role-specific training requirements.

  • Perform video editing, website design, flyer creation, and coding tasks as part of training content development.

  • Design and administer surveys and quizzes using tools like Qualtrics to measure learning outcomes.

  • Produce documentation and materials using Microsoft Word, Adobe InDesign, and other relevant software.

  • Support marketing and project coordination efforts to ensure the seamless integration of training initiatives.

  • Provide voiceovers for training materials as needed.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge of:

  • Training and e-learning development methodologies are a plus.

  • Tools and software for video editing, graphic design, and presentation creation are a plus.

  • Best practices for virtual and in-person training delivery are a plus.

Skill in:

  • Developing engaging training materials tailored to diverse learning styles.

  • Using Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud applications, and LMS platforms to create content.

  • Video editing, web design, and graphic design.

  • Leading and facilitating group sessions effectively.

Ability to:

  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.

  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality training.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 2-3 years of experience in training, instructional design, or related fields.

OR

  • Any equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training approved by Human Resources.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • None are required, though certifications in instructional design or e-learning development are a plus.
