Job Description
Job Summary
The Senior Advisor is responsible for supporting and helping manage the Firm’s cash products, as they relate primarily to a number of bank deposit and savings programs, as well as a broad set of industry-leading, third-party Money Market Funds. The cash offering is leveraged by clients of the Firm’s 7,500 Financial Advisors, across 3 key national distribution channels.
Product knowledge, exceptional interpersonal skills and an ability to conduct large data analysis will help ensure that the Senior Advisor can collaborate closely with key constituents across the organization to effectively drive adoption, help enhance the product offering, and play a key role in product innovation and new product launches.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Directly supports the Cash Sweeps and Money Market Mutual Fund product heads to manage and enhance the offering and spearhead new product initiatives. More specifically, the Senior Advisor helps:
Manage, monitor and measure results relating to the product offering adoption; identify any related issues and help design and implement solutions.
Build and monitor risk management controls; develop and maintain policies and procedures; help ensure regulatory compliance.
Oversee and manage bank and fund company contract management.
Execute the operational rollout of new cash products, including developing training materials, policies and procedures and supporting education and training initiatives.
Develops presentations and participates in meetings with executive management; supports Cash Solutions conference initiatives, including creating content and presenting (if of interest) at national and regional conferences (at home office and across the country).
Collaborates with associates and management at all levels across the firm and with third party partners and vendors.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Knowledge of:
Banking products and services, especially as they relate to deposit programs and payment capabilities, including debit and credit cards, ACH, check processing, Zelle, etc.
Project management and execution.
Financial analysis concepts, practices, and modeling.
Skills:
Superior communication skills, including verbal and written, with ability to create presentations and articulate findings in a cogent and concise manner.
Superior quantitative skills, including ability to work with large data and glean key insights from trend analysis.
Superior project management skills, including project planning and governance, with knowledge of project management tools a plus.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel; ability to work in Access or program in SQL a very strong plus.
Abilities:

Education/Previous Experience
Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) with a major in Business Administration, Economics, Math, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields a plus
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in banking services, financial services, broker dealer or consulting, preferred. Experience in project management, product development, or related field is ideal.
