Job Description:
As part of the SendTech Client Lifecycle team, you’ll be part of an evolving team that collaborates for the best client outcome, and who value each other’s input on ways to improve the client experience.
You are:
A highly motivated, creative marketer who takes a client-first approach to developing and implementing marketing programs that drive onboarding, activation, and increased usage within our SendTech product portfolio.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Shipping Lifecycle, Marketing Automation & WebOps, you ensure brand consistency across the entire client lifecycle while leading the charge on campaign development, execution, and reporting. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are a self-starter, embrace creativity, and possess a strong analytical mindset, always ready to test new ideas and pivot quickly based on results.
As a Client Lifecycle Specialist, you will:
Drive initiatives to accelerate SaaS shipping growth, support cross-sell/upsell and win-back efforts, increase sales to the web, and develop communications for product launches that drive awareness and adoption of new features or services, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Develop and execute post-purchase communications (email, in-app messaging) to increase adoption, usage, and retention while maintaining brand consistency.
Create and manage project requests through Jira, aligning campaigns with client experience goals and supporting best-in-class communications for SendTech solutions.
Identify client challenges and translate research findings into strategic, creative messaging that drives adoption, retention, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, UX, Growth Marketing) to align messaging with product strategy and client engagement goals.
Track, measure, and optimize campaign performance using analytics, driving continuous improvement in onboarding, cross-sell/upsell, win-back, and web-driven sales.
Conduct A/B testing and map client journeys to refine strategies and ensure smooth transitions across lifecycle stages, from onboarding to retention.
Manage a communications repository to ensure consistency and accessibility, while adhering to the company’s style guide for high-quality, error-free copy.
You have:
3+ years of experience in a marketing or communications related role, SaaS experience a plus.
Excellent writing skills, with a focus on articulating product/experience details and benefits to clients.
Experience with data, articulating requirements, analytics, and ongoing test and learn approaches.
Experience with email template design and layout (non-coding related).
Ability to understand and collaborate on internal and external stakeholder needs.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
A passion for CX and drive to deliver positive client outcomes on behalf of a business.
Knowledge or interest in marketing automation platforms and in-app messaging tools, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pendo.
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Growth-oriented mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant experience.

Compensation:
The wage range for this position is $67,900 - $87,300 per year, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job.
