This position will expedite the credit approval process for all new and existing credit accounts of Sherwin-Williams paint store customers. In addition, this position will monitor store collection efforts and adherence to credit policies and procedures. This role will have direct customer phone contact to resolve discrepancies or disputes and effect collection of delinquent or over limit balances. This position will also make store visitations to review adherences to credit policies and procedures.

•Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
•Must be able to operate a computer and communicate via the telephone.
•Must have a valid driver's license.

•Prefer accounting/professional accounts receivable management experience.
•Personal computer experience desirable.
•Ability to establish priorities and handle many tasks at once.
•Good written and verbal communications skills. Ability to communicate effectively with management staff, and external customers including, collection agencies, and attorneys.
•Ability to make decisions and solve customer discrepancies or disputes and effect collection of delinquent or over limit accounts.
