HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
This role reports to the Manager of Quality Assurance and is based at the Stockbridge Distribution Center (DC). The candidate will support DC QA management and auditing teams in addressing quality failures and overseeing quality-related projects. Additionally, they will serve as a key resource in developing and maintaining departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Daily Operations (50%)
Collaborate with internal business partners to communicate the status and impact of quality failures, ensuring all failures are documented accurately.
Monitor and respond to failure/rework-related email correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
Review DC audit results and coordinate follow-up actions with DC audit supervisors, escalating issues to QA management where necessary.
Review product inspection data for process compliance and accuracy, escalating discrepancies when identified.
Support the QA management team in developing, documenting, and maintaining departmental SOPs.
Engage with DC teams to understand their needs and goals, assisting with administrative tasks as required.
Rework Planning & Tracking (25%)
Maintain records and report weekly rework project statuses, updating Jira cases as needed.
Oversee quality rework projects by estimating costs, creating schedules, facilitating communication with third-party rework providers and internal functional teams, and managing work orders as well as logistical arrangements when necessary.
Verify and process third-party rework invoices efficiently.
Collaborate with DC QA, Corporate Operations, and Inventory Control teams to manage system locks/unlocks as required.
Other Responsibilities (25%)
Prepare and distribute monthly QA reports.
Lead or assist with quality-related projects as assigned.

Preferred skills and experience:
Bachelor's Degree, or 2+ years applicable administrative experience in lieu of degree.
Prior experience in supply chain operations, quality assurance or apparel/textiles.
