Support the Sikorsky Aftermarket (USG, International Military & Commercial) team with contract administration, negotiation, management, and data analytics.

Collects and analyzes data, and reports contract status data to contracts team, management and customers. Monitor contract performance, identify and status issues to contracts team for action.

Manages ad hoc data requests and works closely with department manager to spot performance trends. Reviews and evaluates customer requests for proposal or revisions to contracts and IWTAs; provides risk assessments and offers alternative approaches to mitigate risks, including alternative contractual language; evaluates and coordinates proposals; and investigates and reconciles significant contract changes involving cost, specifications, schedules, etc.

Supports negotiations for Aftermarket. Maintains high standard of ethics. Understands and implements Lockheed Martin corporate and local policies and procedures. Should be able to handle multiple assignments and achieve program goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Develops and maintains good working relationships with customers, integrated program team members, and industry peers.

May require travel. Job may require additional duties that may or may not be outside specific area of expertise. The willingness that the successful candidate exhibits to work as a team and to meet challenges will be the key to success.

Basic Qualifications:

- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

- Must be a US Citizen or authorized to work in the US.

- Ability to work in dynamic fast paced environment

- Excellent communicator
