THE WORK
As a Manufacturing Planning & Material Management Leader, you will oversee multiple functions within Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP), ensuring seamless execution of Make, Buy, and Bill of Material (BOM) Planning, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), and Warehousing & Shipping. Your leadership will drive production system integrity, optimize inventory, and minimize costs while maintaining efficiency across the supply chain. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing staffing, training, performance assessments, work assignments, and overall team development.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience with SAP / Solumina
Experience with hourly workforce
Strong interpersonal skills
4+ years of relevant experience
Receiving, warehouse and transportation knowledge.
Desired Skills:
* Experience working with a represented work force.
* Strong organizational skills using Outlook and Microsoft
products.
*Ability to learn quickly and adapt
*Previous MFG/operational experience
Previous Sikorsky experiences

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
