This individual will be responsible for managing a portfolio of concurrent projects that involve modelling & simulation applications, analysis and experimentation capabilities. The incumbent will additionally provide subject matter expert (SME) insights during peer review and consultation sessions associated with projects assigned to other CFI teams. An understanding of the LM CFI operational construct including interface with external operational customers (Army/Navy/Air Force/Marine Corps), with CET&O organizations, and with LM BA programs in support of experiments, demonstrations, analysis, and technical exchanges is key.

The individual must be able to work independently under general direction on complex problems involving all phases of event planning and execution. The individual will participate in strategic, operational, and tactical level planning and management studies, assessments, and BA outreach. This individual will be required to develop presentations, worksheets, and documents utilizing Microsoft Office and should have sufficiently advanced knowledge to prepare professional presentations for leadership and customers.
