BAE Systems Installation Site Quality Supervisor (Fuels) in Summerville, South Carolina
Job Description
The Installation Site Quality Supervisor works with a team of technicians to deliver a completed, tested automation system to the supported military facility. Supervises and performs testing of new control systems and upgrades.
o Responsible for overall quality of the site installation, to include performing or supervising testing from receipt of material to final system qualification tests.
o Plans, prioritizes, supervises and tests daily work assignments for a test crew of 2-3 personnel.
o Provides regular written and verbal status reporting to the Project Manager and customer personnel.
o Prepares and maintains test documentation of all installed system components.
o Implements and supports maintenance of applicable test processes within the team, ensuring compliance with relevant DoD Standards and Specifications, customer Guidelines and Publications, ISO 9000, and Commercial Publications
o Performs other duties as assigned by the applicable Project Manager
o Executes all assigned responsibilities in conformance with federal, state and local governmental regulations, consistent with company standards of ethics, quality and safety, and aligned with the Operational Framework.
This position supports a program office located in Charleston, SC. There is no relocation assistance available for this position. The position requires full-time travel to project locations as funded on the contract. The initial requirement includes approximately 12 months at NAS Lemoore, California. Future assignment locations will depend upon awarded contract tasking.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Associate degree in electronics or related field (May substitute formal electronics training from Class A or C military school in electronics or communications, or four (4) year electronics apprentice program for degree)
At least seven years related experience
Ability to obtain/maintain the required security clearance
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Six years of practical experience, to include: Electronics Repair, Maintenance, Integration, Fielding and Checkout
At least three years experience performing removal, installation, maintenance, testing, and calibration of Automated Fuel Handling Equipment (AFHE), or Automated Tank Gauging (ATG) automation instrumentation and sensors
Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following fuel automation systems or devices: Veeder Root TLS (TLS-350/450), Ronan (X76CTM), ENRAF 854 or 954 Servo, Temposonics (MTS) TankSlayer, RTU 8130 and associated modules; Programmable Logic Computers (PLC) such as Modicon (Momentum or M340/M580), Allen Bradley, and GE Fanuc; Phone switches; Radio Modems, External Modems, Radio equipment.
