1.提供日常的行政工作支持（如餐饮、班车、保洁、绿植等）；

2.负责日常间接物料的采购下单工作；

3.负责行政供应商日常沟通和维护工作；

4.负责Nextgen系统、CBS系统、门禁系统的日常管理；

5.负责工厂的办公用品、清洁用品、PPE、福利等的分发，做好相应的记录存档；

6.协助做好公司级的活动，确保活动的顺利完成；

7.支持主管/经理指派的工作任务。

背景：

1.大专/文凭，有两年及以上行政相关工作经验者优先；

2.较出色的沟通和表达能力；

3.良好的人际关系和服务意识；

4.诚实、有责任心、耐心、热情、具有创新能力；

5.熟练使用 MS office，熟悉Power BI尤佳；

6.有一定的员工活动组织经验。
