Experienced Based Pay: $15-22hr

The main function of the Reconciler position is to review, research and resolve inventory integrity issues. This is accomplished using WMS generated real time dashboards, reports and both internal and external customer feedback.

Specific duties

• Review and report external errors, cycle count and correct inventory (mis-ships, overages, shortages)

• Review and report OWIs and cancelled lines, cycle count and correct inventory

• Responsible for return to stock process (found product)

• Collaborate with Profiler on re-pick issues (suspended totes)

• The Reconciler is responsible for research and resolution of all locked iLPN Item inventory and locations (LC – lost in cycle count, IH – inventory hold, PP- pending put away)

• Identify item attribute issues (DIMs, case size, weight)

• Resolve all transitional inventory (locked inventory)

• All scheduled WMS dashboards completed

Skill sets required:

• Recognize, report and document system anomalies (including IT tickets)

• Strong analytical mindset

• Root cause problem solver

• Time management/Prioritization skills

• Strong system knowledge/technical aptitude/navigation between systems, good system judgement (WMS, SAP, MS office, Salesforce)

• Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams

• Strong focus during number intense activity

• Excellent short-term memory with numbers

• Process disciplined

• Recognizes the importance of accurate cycle counting in the larger picture

• Understands the contribution of inventory integrity to the success of supply chain

• PIT/MHE

• Unit of measure understanding

Prior experience

• Inventory Analyst/Inventory Coordinator

• Cycle counter

• Receiving Lead/Receiving Exceptions Clerk

• Profiler

Education level

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience, must have at least 2-4 years of experience

Inventory Management vs Inventory Control

• Real-time monitoring of inventory dashboards is critical

• Timeliness of problem resolution is critical

• Change in focus from FDC service level and DC out analysis to site inventory integrity analysis

• Inventory integrity: Real-time system monitoring, resolving inventory issues during the shift it occurs, four-wall mindset

• Reconciler needs to be MHE/PIT certified

Dashboards, tools and equipment

• Inbound reconciler dashboard

• RF unit assigned

• Mobile station preferred/tablet

• SAP, WMS, MS Office, Salesforce

Considerations during integration

• Reconciler positions require extra support at launch

• Reconciler positions require assigned backup

• Multiple daily system health huddles

• Create simple and convenient communication channel to Operations (closed loop)

• Reconcilers need to be paired with P-Mod Hypercare support

• Strict adherence to processes
