We are actively seeking to hire a full-time General Clerk whose daily responsibilities support multiple teams within our organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily indexing of various work items, such as premium checks and reports

  • Mailing monthly bills to customers

  • Assist with set-up of training and conference rooms as needed

  • Receive daily USPS, FedEx, UPS deliveries

  • Welcome visitors, assign temporary badges and direct them as needed to office location

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Required:

  • Excellent office and customer service skills

  • Detail-oriented and customer-focused

  • Ability to multi-task in a busy work environment

  • Able to take direction well and work with minimal supervision

  • Proactive; undertaking any additional duties the Manager may assign

Preferred:

  • 1+ years’ experience in a clerical/administrative position
