Hyatt Guest Experience Coordinator in TAMPA, Florida
Description:

The Guest Experience Coordinator possess strong leadership, communication, organization, and relationship skills. They are expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic leadership responsibilities. This role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction, and will include training, guest recovery and follow up internally (within the team) and externally (with guests).
This position also acts as a support to senior leadership, helping to execute key goals and maintain high standards of service. This position is expected to provide on-the-floor leadership as additional support to our Operations Managers and are expected to rotate through our Rooms Division. Duties include leading and working with front desk agents, supporting management with administrative tasks such as assigning and blocking room types, ensuring VIP preferences are met, ensuring a smooth operation of guest services, and customizing the guest experience. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience and recovery options.

Qualifications:

Refined verbal and written communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Previous hospitality and guest services experience preferred
