Pfizer Sr. Manager Solution Engineer / Specialty Product Owner in Tampa, Florida

Job Summary:

As a Salesforce Product Owner specializing in Patient Health Cloud, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of our Salesforce Health Cloud solution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to ensure that our Salesforce Health Cloud implementation aligns with the healthcare organization's goals and meets the specific needs of patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff. This role combines expertise in both Salesforce CRM solutions and the healthcare industry to optimize the use of Health Cloud for better patient care and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Requirements gathering works closely with business stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements for the salesforce platform.

  • Guides the CRM software product technology development and delivery to meet business requirements, fostering essential business relationships for the products OKR success.

  • Conducts technology solution research and analysis of industry trends and benchmarks relevant to the Patient Support product's domain.

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for Salesforce Patient CRM, aligning it with organizational objectives.

  • Maintains a dynamic backlog of product requirements, transforming them into actionable user stories as needed.

  • Support interdependent products through key governance cadences (e.g., scrum of scrums, day-to-day budget monitoring, Quarterly Business Reviews) across agile teams and products.

  • Takes ownership of product demonstrations and actively engages in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to align the team with product vision and objectives.

  • Actively engages in product process analysis and improvements, leveraging Lean and Scaled Agile methodologies.

  • Monitors the product's progress throughout sprints, identifies business risks, issues, and impediments faced by the team, and proactively contributes to issue resolution.

  • Assumes leadership for managing a team of business analysts and development functional leads working with agile scrum masters.

  • Coordinate and oversee the effective release management process for Salesforce Patient CRM updates and features, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruptions to operations while aligning with the overall product strategy and objectives and platform ART and working with enablement teams

  • Drive seamless integration of Salesforce CRM and Foster collaboration and integration with external healthcare systems and applications to streamline workflows and improve patient care.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring quality and affectively guiding and owning the UAT across product platform with full competencies.

  • Defining OKR Key performance Indicators with the business to define value based, burndown charts.

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or IT)

  • Salesforce experience is a must

  • Have 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in Salesforce Health cloud domain

  • Have 3+ years working in a scaled agile global salesforce environment such as SAFe in Product owner, Release Train Engineer or relevant roles.

  • Required 2 + relevant Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Architect, Administrator, Health Cloud, Platform App Builder, Einstein Analytics

  • Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud CRM solutions working in Bio-Pharma sector

  • Expertise in integrating Salesforce CRM with patient service and specialty hub platforms, optimizing healthcare workflows, and enhancing patient care and engagement.

  • Proven experience in Salesforce CRM integrations with external applications, interfaces (API) and platforms, demonstrating the ability to drive seamless data sharing and interoperability with required data security.

  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and various other agile development frameworks with Scrum and Scaled Agile Certifications such as CSPO, SAFE

  • Proven experience in Release management, coordinated amongst Release Managers and other Product Owners to implement release strategy and timelines of multiple scrum teams.

  • Has a track record of successfully managing the design and delivery of complex Salesforce multi-faceted global solutions

  • Proven experience on driving product roadmaps and releases navigating via inter-dependencies across multiple internal and external teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Extensive bio-pharmaceutical industry experience with knowledge of pharmaceutical data standards, regulatory frameworks, patient services, specialty hub operations

  • Advanced Salesforce certifications such as Platform Development 1, Advanced Administrator, Solution Architect, Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect

  • Experience on Salesforce Lightning, and CRM Analytics dashboards, Experience cloud

  • Strong technical expertise on Salesforce quality assurance, interfaces in Mulesoft, deployment with Copado

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $117,300.00 to $195,500.00.* In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.   • The annual base salary for this position in Tampa, FL ranges from $105,500.00 to $175,900.00.
