We are looking for a person that partners with peers across the business to drive adoption of new solutions to fix real world problems and deliver value to the business. Act as liaison between our field and marketing teams and Quality and Compliance organizations to provide support of our services. You will effectively engage, challenge, and inspire others, while identifying strengths and areas of opportunity for growth.

As a driver of key results, the leader will have oversight of the following key responsibilities:

  • Lead a team managing Direct-to-Rep (DTR) and Direct-to-Practitioner (DTP) sample programs, playing a crucial part in ensuring seamless execution and compliance through adherence to the Prescription Drug Marketing Act (PDMA), as well as federal and state regulations, company policies, and Sample Distribution plans.

  • Oversee field hospital credentialing and ensure compliance with state jurisdictional requirements. Maintain our standards of excellence through the management of hospital credentialing, aligning our operations with FDA reporting requirements

  • Coordinate ongoing departmental training in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring that our team remains aligned with process requirements and is fully prepared for FDA readiness.

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to share standard methodologies, identify business requirements, effectively implement key deliverables and projects, and provide guidance to sales and marketing teams.

  • Direct field sales training and communication efforts, equipping our sales teams with the knowledge and resources they need to excel compliantly.

  • Take an active role in driving and participating in audits that evaluate vendor performance and internal processes while ensuring compliance with essential regulations, policies, business rules, and Sample Distribution plans.

  • Drive innovation and efficiency, helping us identify and implement cutting-edge solutions that propel our projects forward. Act as a key stakeholder for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and lead or participate in large, sophisticated projects, changes, and new business initiatives as assigned.

  • Be an integral part of our financial strategy by overseeing budget management, forecasting, invoice approvals, and contracts, ensuring smooth operations and sound financial practices.

  • Manage third-party business rules and related documentation and oversee vendor management to enhance our program's efficiency. Build strong partnerships and streamline operations.

  • Take charge of performance management by setting meaningful goals and monitoring progress for your team members. Craft and implement personalized staff development plans that empower your direct reports to thrive and excel.

  • Make effective leadership level presentations dealing with business implications and preparing project plans while understanding key activities and dependencies

The incumbent completes additional responsibilities as required by the business and assigned by leadership.

Required:

  • BA/BS Degree

  • 8-10 years of related experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or related industry

  • At least 5 years of vendor/supplier management experience

  • At least 5 years of people management experience

  • Budget management and forecasting

  • Collaboration and communication required with all levels of field and internal management to understand business needs and strategically deploy solutions to align to business priorities

  • 5% Domestic travel that may include weekends

  • Knowledge of PDMA and federal and state regulations, sampling responsibilities, field credentialing and jurisdictional support

  • Audit experience

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $120,000 to $207,000.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

  • Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.

  • Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

  • This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.

  • Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

  • Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year

  • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year

  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
