Job Duties: Drive and lead the timely development and approval of PHDM-centric resources supporting the Oncology Therapeutic Area, including the preparation of Evidence and Access Decks (EADs), pipeline decks, and other proactive and reactive resources. Build communication resources per FDA guidance, regulations, and Janssen SOPs ensuring references are accurate and, securing copyright approvals. Determine resource content, source, and story flow based on PHDM needs and facilitate alignment across multiple partners to deliver an impactful communication resource. Collaborate across functions including Medical Information, Medical Affairs, Research & Development, and Global Commercial Strategic Organization to share oncology scientific content and drive resource effectiveness. Adeptly navigate Copy Approval Committee concept review, submission, and approval processes. Shape communication strategies by ensuring V&E Field & PHDM insights/voice-of-customer are considered throughout the development of Integrated Evidence Generation (IEGP), Integrated Evidence Dissemination (IEDP), and Market Access Scientific Strategy (MAxSS) plans. Recommend resource changes based on new data and insights to the PHDM value story. Collaborate regularly across Janssen Scientific Affairs, Strategic Customer Group (SCG), Medical Affairs, Integrated Evidence Teams (IETs), Brand, etc. to ensure communications are accurate and consistent. Collaborate with Learning & Development to build targeted Field V&E education resources. Identify and execute projects that accelerate communication and improve processes supporting V&E operations.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Pharmacy, Public Health, Biology/Chemistry, Communications, or related field and 3 years of experience in job offered or in an Associate Director Value & Evid Scientific Engagement-related occupation.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$162,000 - $179,000

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

he Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
