We are searching for the best talent in Clinical Data Management to be in Titusville, NJ and Spring House, PA.
Contributes to the Clinical Data Management Team as an entry level to developing individual contributor who works under close supervision and executes tasks, following a defined standard output or set of procedures. Closely follows established administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, quality of deliverables and consistency of clinical data and processes across clinical trials. Applies theoretical knowledge of the Clinical Data Management field to carry out procedures and plans for the area. Maintains high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment.
You will be responsible for:
Helps establish and implement low complexity programs and innovative initiaives for the Clinical Data Management area, under direct supervision and aligned with standard processes.
Contributes to basic components of projects, programs, or processes for the Clinical Data Management area.
Prepares materials to provide accurate, timely, and consistent clinical data to medical functions and other groups.
Advises and assists with the creation of data management tools and record keeping practices.
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
Qualifications:
Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.
Currently pursuing a University degree, completing minimum undergraduate sophomore year prior to internship or co-op start date.
Availability to work on site if the position requires it.
Availability to work full time (40 h/w) for the entire co-op or internship.
Having a graduation date after the contract end date.
The anticipated base pay for this position is between 22.00/hr and 51.50/hr, but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. This position is overtime eligible. Intern/Co-ops may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as medical insurance, sick time, holiday pay, and the Company’s consolidated retirement plan in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans. Housing stipend will be offered for those that qualify. This position is ineligible for severance.
