Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Finance Manager, HMT Deliver North America. This Finance Manager will lead the North America finance team, supporting critical operations for the region. Core responsibilities include leading business planning, forecasting, strategic planning, quarterly closing, and regional reporting. This leader will also drive collaboration with the commercial and supply chain finance teams during the key update cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for FP&A, business partnering, and compliance related activities for HMT Deliver North America, including:

  • Provide strategic finance insights and framing to the HMT Deliver North America Leadership Team and driving financial visibility to Cost improvement Projects (CIP) and strategic projects.

  • Leading financial planning, reporting and analysis for HMT Deliver North America (including Strategic Plan, Business Plan, Financial Updates, Quarterly Reporting, and ad hoc analysis).

  • Supporting compliance and financial reporting activities in the region.

  • Driving standardization and enhancing transparency of Deliver-managed CNIS and distribution cost (SG&A) performance.

  • Project analysis and portfolio prioritization: providing business insight and analysis in identifying, prioritizing, and executing against key programs to deliver the Deliver Strategic Plan, e.g., network and transportation optimization, brand protection, process harmonization and technology, etc.

  • Partnering with the HMT Deliver North America leadership team to track and report capital investments, building business cases for strategic initiatives, and validating corresponding CIPs.

  • Partnering with Supply Chain and Commercial finance partners to maintain close connection throughout the year on financial performance for interdependent budgets.

  • Developing and leading a team of 5 professionals.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA (finance, accounting, business, economics pref.)

  • Strong technical accounting background and knowledge of US GAAP, WWPs.

  • Ability to effectively influence and shape senior level business decisions.

  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Must possess sophisticated business intuition, including the passion to develop business cases and implement strategies as well as the ability to think about the broader J&J business, and lead through ambiguity to deliver core operational results aligned to business objectives.

  • Must demonstrate big picture thinking while balancing with appropriate attention to detail, confidentiality, accuracy, and sound judgment in delivering business outcomes.

  • Up to 10% domestic travel

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s (finance, accounting, economics pref CPA, CMA etc.)

  • Knowledge and use of financial business software (i.e., SAP, TM1, BRAVO, & SOX Compliance knowledge) is preferred.

  • Demonstrated track record in working in a cross-functional, matrixed environment is preferred.

  • Proficiency to network, collaborate and generate consensus effectively in a complex environment, possessing strong social skills, promoting inclusion, and building trusting relationships with business partners across all cultures and levels of the organization.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $99,000 to $170,200

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
