We are searching for the best talent for Manager, Market Access Marketing Operations within Strategic Customer Group (SCG) on the Value Access & Pricing (VAP), located in Titusville, N J.

Purpose:

The Strategic Customer Group is responsible for the development and execution of strategies that ensure optimal access and reimbursement for the Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine portfolio. Key stakeholders include health plans, health systems, hospital and physician group purchasing organizations, specialty pharmacy providers, pharmacy benefit managers, wholesalers, retailers, federal and state government health care providers and national and regional advocacy organizations.

You will be responsible for :

The Manager, Market Access Marketing Operations , will support the Director in building the capabilities necessary to enable the SCG Market Access Marketing Evolution. Key responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to

  • Support the development of processes and resources to enable the evolution of market Access Marketing capabilities for all deliverables related to Population Health Decisions Makers (PHDMs)

  • Support the SCG CAC through development and integration of processes and resources to optimize experience and CAC outcome

  • Responsible for identification, development and execution of above-brand SCG customer-facing materials and resources in support of SCG conferences & customer engagements

  • Support the overall Launch Readiness Review (LRR) process in partnership with Director

  • Assist with onboarding market access marketing AORs

  • Create communication forums to foster collaboration, best practice and information sharing within VAP and/or SCG

  • Identify and scale best practices where applicable.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • BA/BS required

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • 3 to 5 or more years of experience in the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry required. Emphasis in marketing or related healthcare experience is ideal

  • Understanding of US healthcare stakeholders and related dynamics.

  • Must be able to lead and prioritize multiple projects with strong project management skills.

  • Must possess the ability to work effectively in a matrix and unstructured environment.

  • Interpersonal flexibility to effectively interact with a broad range of personnel across levels and functions.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills required, including ability to influence without authority where appropriate

Preferred:

  • Market access-related experience preferred

  • Experience with J&J CAC process

  • Practical knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing that includes FDA regulatory and legal environment and HCC regulations.

  • Flexibility to travel within J&J campuses as needed as

  • Required domestic travel up to 10% for required meetings, training, customer visits, etc.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$115,000 - $197,800

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
