The Product Director, Neuroscience Schizophrenia will lead Professional Education, Congress Strategy and KOL Engagement to build knowledge and skills associated with product and operational considerations. The Product Director will be an integral leader within our Neuroscience marketing organization with significant collaboration across our brand, medical, and commercial field teams.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing strategies, innovative tactics, and content for peer-to-peer education to shape treatment of Schizophrenia across identified stakeholders and special populations.

  • Developing and leading speaker bureau strategy, training, and program logistics.

  • Maintaining a digital ecosystem for peer-to-peer programming, including non-personal tactics such as KOL videos and other assets for on-demand consumption.

  • Optimizing the metrics strategy for all medical education activities

  • Leading Schizophrenia congress strategy and delivering successful congresses through collaboration with franchise team and field sales organization

  • Creating a KOL strategy for the Schizophrenia business, developing deep and meaningful relationships with key KOLs and customers

The Product Director must work closely with multiple functions including Sales, Sales Learning & Development, Commercial Insights & Strategy, Medical Affairs, Global Strategic Marketing, Communications, Regulatory, Health Care Compliance (HCC), Innovative Medicine affiliates, outside vendors and Key Opinion Leader speakers to effectively implement key commercial activities.

This is not an extensive, comprehensive listing of job functions (may perform other duties as assigned). The ideal candidate will have significant in-line brand strategy and tactical execution experience demonstrating a track record of success including operating with a big picture orientation and attention to detail. This candidate must effectively manage multiple agencies and internal partners, communicate clearly and concisely, deliver all projects within budget, assess project impact on driving sales, and work both independently and in collaboration with team to achieve organization and brand goals.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is 118000 to 203550.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporations performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Companys discretion on an individual basis.

Employees may be eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.

Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation up to 120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington up to 56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • B.A. or a B.S. degree is required and an MBA or an advanced degree is helpful but not required.

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required including a minimum of 2 years marketing.

  • Sales or sales leadership experience is preferred.

  • Medical Education experience preferred.

  • Ability to be creative, enthusiastic, and strong analytically, with excellent overall business insight, and demonstrated ability to think strategically is fundamental.

  • Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills with a heightened ability to collaborate and work with a team in a matrixed environment to be successful.

  • Experience managing multiple demands and priorities on time, leading teams, gaining alignment, and driving decision-making is essential to the success of this position.

  • Interpersonal flexibility to effectively interact with a broad range of personnel, advanced communication, presentation, and facilitation skills are required.

  • This position may require up to 30% domestic and/or international travel.
