The Innovative Medicine supply chain that produces life-changing treatments and therapies for patients relies both on manufacturing internally and externally. Within the supply chain exists an organization called Digital Operations and Technical Services (DOTS). DOTS is uniquely positioned to provide support across the platforms (small molecule, large molecule, and advanced therapies). As part of DOTS, External Supply Services (ESS) collaborates closely with Partnerships & External Supply, External Quality, Technical Operations, Planning, and Procurement to ensure reliable product delivery and customer service. The DOTS ESS team is the supply chain group that supports internal processes for external partners and ensures compliance for Change Control, Serialization, Training, and Document Management.

The Sr. Analyst, External Supply Services role is responsible for providing data analytics on the external change landscape and translating them into continuous improvement projects. Digitization of current EES process is required. In addition, base business responsibilities include compliant training and document management execution.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management support of ESS processes including but not limited to:

  • Implementation and management of ESS Sharepoints including visualization of KPIs (tracking, monitoring and publishing).

  • Digitization of ESS related processes.

  • Identification & implementation of continuous improvement projects for ESS.

Support employee training program for Digital Operations & Technical Services (DOTS), Partnerships & External Supply (PES), and Procurement including:

  • Act as training process owner.

  • Ensure training procedures are in place and are being complied to.

  • Process training-related requests.

  • Train employees on training processes.

  • Ensure achievement of metric targets for training i.e. on-time completion.

  • Run applicable training reports in support of quality audits.

Support document management program for Digital Operations & Technical Services (DOTS).

  • Serve as document controller in TruVault.

  • Provide TruVault support and troubleshooting.

  • Ensure achievement of metric targets for document control i.e. periodic review timeliness.

  • Run applicable document reports in support of quality audits.

  • Facilitate document gap assessments where applicable.

Other responsibilities as identified by management

Qualifications

Education:

A minimum of a Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Information Systems, Science, or related field.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in a regulated industry; pharmaceuticals preferred.

  • Project management experience

  • Knowledge of good documentation practices (GDP)

  • Data analytics skills

  • Microsoft Office proficiency, including Power BI

Preferred:

  • Training administration experience

  • Cornerstone on demand training system proficiency

  • Process excellence certification (yellow/green belt)

  • Experience working with external parties

  • TruVault and Comet system proficiency

Other:

  • English proficiency, written & oral.

  • Up to 10% travel required.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is 90,000 to 144,900.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporations performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Companys discretion on an individual basis.

  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
