This role provides financial insight to the development and analysis of Pricing & GTN strategies through partnering with the Strategic Customer Group, Commercial Excellence, Government Controls and Compliance, and US Brand leadership teams.

Responsibilities:

• This role is responsible for end to end ownership financial analysis for list price and contract price decisions for the US Innovative Medicine business.

• The position requires partnering with Commercial teams to influence portfolio pricing decisions, deliver financial commitments, and frame pricing strategies for senior management.

• The Senior Analyst will support and shape our strategy in response to the dynamic pricing environment as it relates to competitive based contracting, value/outcomes-based contracting, price action sensitivity, and external price analyses.

• This will require effective modeling of financial scenarios for Deal/No Deal decisions and Game Theory analysis of US Innovative Medicine strategy impact on competitors and customers.

• The Senior Analyst will provide both financial and strategic business leadership and communicate effectively with senior management and cross-functional groups within the US Innovative Medicine organization.

• Key analyses may include government legislation, inflation reduction act impacts, other pricing projects and portfolio analytics

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required; Accounting or Finance degree preferred.

• A CPA, CMA, MBA or other financial certifications are preferred.

• A minimum of three (3) years of finance, accounting or related business experience is required.

• The ability to challenge business assumptions and develop alternative scenarios will be required.

• Prior experience in the Pharm sector or Gross-To-Net/Pricing is preferred given the specialized nature of this role.

• Candidate must possess excellent analytical (MS Excel), conceptual, presentation, communication, influencing and interpersonal skills, required.

• The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment is required.

• Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, required.

• The ability to effectively take on leadership roles in various functions is required.

• This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and proven leadership skills.

• This role will be located in Horsham, PA or Titusville, NJ and may require up to 10% travel

The base pay range for this position is $76,000 - $121,900

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
