Job Description
The Enterprise Digital Ecosystem Senior Specialist will be responsible for supporting business change and developing and transforming our company's Animal Health Digital Ecosystem.
In close collaboration with commercial leaders, in-market colleagues, and Global Marketing, the Senior Specialist will define digital experiences that align with our commercial priorities. They will also support the development of the strategic vision and the implementation of initiatives across our markets and regions.
They will collaborate across the enterprise, supporting digital revenue-driving activities, Field Force Efficiency, and improved Digital Experience within the context of Digital Customer Journeys. Areas of expertise may include and are not limited to Enterprise Digital Transformation, Change Management, Growth, and Conversion Strategy. Experience in Digital Analytics, Mobile Apps, social media, CMS/Web, and eCommerce is a plus.
This role will collaborate closely with commercial market teams to ensure the seamless integration of digital experiences, processes, and tools throughout the entire enterprise.
The focus of this team is on fostering a culture of collaboration and co-creation, driving the reinvention of our online experience for diverse customer types, including Pet Owners, Veterinary Professionals, and Farmers. Leading the establishment of unified design principles, information architecture, SEO strategy, information architecture, and UX standards, this role plays a critical role in not only shaping the organization's digital landscape but being the catalyst for more broader transformation in our culture, ways of working and overall digital maturity.
The ability to drive change across the enterprise is paramount, with an unwavering focus on creating synergies across multiple functions and collaborating with virtual teams of multidisciplinary colleagues. Acting as an ambassador for our Digital Experience, ensuring the organization maintains a consistent and exceptional digital presence.
Simplifying web and app journeys while aligning with commercial objectives is key. This entails defining, mapping, and implementing comprehensive end-to-end web journeys in collaboration with regional and in-market colleagues. The primary goal is to maximize engagement, conversion, and customer retention.
Supporting the facilitation of Design Thinking workshops that involve cross-functional teams and diverse perspectives. They will excel in identifying opportunities to enhance web journeys and deliver a best-in-class experience.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting the global design strategy for all web properties.
Creating standards and guidelines for digital acceleration initiatives and applications.
Developing initiatives to drive increased traffic, lead generation, and enhanced website insights.
Defining and articulating a clear vision and roadmap for our digital journeys.
Developing business cases for enhancements in alignment with regional and market plans.
Creating and managing the overarching project and platform communications strategy
Crafting and executing project and platform-related stakeholder communications
Managing project and platform-related agency and vendor relations
In terms of new ways of working, the Senior Specialist will support the creation of processes and standards to ensure that all websites align with the global design. They also collaborate closely with regions and markets to align processes with local legal and compliance requirements.
Fostering a UX-centric culture is of utmost importance, including educating marketers on UX principles to enhance the performance of web properties throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
Driving user loyalty and optimization involves the development and implementation of targeted programs to increase customer loyalty, retention, and satisfaction. Proactively identifying and resolving user pain points and friction areas, as well as leveraging analytics and data for trend identification and improvement planning, are components of this role.
Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in user experience is essential for this role. Continuously benchmarking against competitors and other industry leaders allows for innovation and differentiation in the organization's customer experience.
Lastly, cultivating a culture of collaboration is a priority, supporting local teams to collaborate effectively, leverage best practices, and successfully manage the website ecosystem while reducing costs.

Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree required
3 years marketing experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech industry required.

Ability to simplify the complex and define a path forward, getting consensus across diverse stakeholders.
Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to assess disparate data and distil them into meaningful, actionable strategic insights and recommendations.

Strong project management skills. Demonstrable ability to develop and execute cross-functional plans.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Expected US salary range:
$114,700.00 - $180,500.00
