Audit Support Analyst

What does a successful Audit Support Analyst do at Fiserv?

As an Audit Support analyst, you will consult with application development teams and facilitate collaboration with Fiserv Technology Services and Cybersecurity. You will be responsible for ensuring the on-time completion of business unit, FTS and Cybersecurity evidence requests and you will ensure that Fiserv Education’s responsibilities are met for internal and external audits and assessments.

What you will do:

  • Support and ensure the timely fulfillment of compliance related requests which requires collaboration, creating meetings, facilitating discussions and validating cybersecurity related material for completeness and correctness

  • Assist in planning of annual cybersecurity compliance and audit activities and communicate audit progress, findings and recommendations effectively to leadership

  • Create, maintain and perform live any necessary related training for the business unit

  • Maintain an understanding of NIST and other frameworks as required by the business unit

What you will need to have:

  • Per contractual obligations, must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a qualified United States Government security clearance (e.g., US DOD Secret)

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent job experience

  • 5+ years of experience working with cybersecurity related audit and compliance projects within a medium to large IT organization

  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite

What would be great to have:

  • Audit or assurance experience working in a regulated industry such as finance

  • Familiarity with audit processes, compliance standards and regulatory requirements related to cybersecurity

  • Working knowledge of RSAM and/or Caveonix

  • Working knowledge of Archer
