The Sikorsky Aerostructures Product Center is responsible for the manufacture, procurement, and assembly of helicopter airframe structures. The Troy Product Center has an immediate opening for a Planning Ops Control Asc Manager supporting our Troy operations where detail parts, sub-assemblies, major assemblies and major component joining activities are conducted in support of UH/HH-60M, HH-60W, MH-60R, MH-60T airframe structures.
THE WORK
The Asc Business Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of the Product Center’s business analytics, strategy and transformation efforts. The successful candidate will work with the various functional groups across the organization to ensure successful planning of the Product Center’s activities, including but not limited to, Demand Planning and Material Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Program Operations, Supply Management, Engineering and all Program Market Segments. In this role, the candidate will regularly engage with development, production, and after-market programs and be the key Product Center interface to all bid and proposal activity. In addition, daily tactical responsibilities include establishing, planning and monitoring the execution of Aerostructures Operations including direct and indirect cost management, as well as monitoring and controlling key customer deliverables to all customer organizations while working with the Aerostructures management team to drive quality and performance improvements. The strategic responsibilities include leading Aerostructures work transition efforts across all sites, supporting all product and process improvements including Digital Transformation initiatives across the center and will lead current and long-range capital planning and execution supporting the strategy. This position reports directly to the General Manager of the Troy Product Center.

Basic Qualifications:
- Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of SAP is helpful.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products including but not limited to, Visio, Access, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
