Description: The Total Assurance Program (TAP) Associate Manager is a key role within the Global Commercial and Military Services (GCMS) aftermarket organization. This role is responsible for the execution of more than 25 sustainment contracts supporting over 170 fielded S92/S76/S70I aircraft across the globe. TAP provides logistics support to the commercial fleet supplying 25,000 parts annually to ensure our customers’ aircraft availability and reliability remains the industry standard. The selected candidate will lead and integrate professionals from engineering, supply chain, operations, customer service and analytics functions to ensure proper and timely contract performance.
•The candidate will have an appropriate degree from an accredited university (e.g. Business, Science, Engineering etc.), or equivalent experience/combined education, along with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with the assignment
• 5 + years of Program/Project Management experience, sustainment experience preferred,
• Experience presenting and conveying focused messages to program leadership and external customers
• Experience leading diverse cross-functional teams to achieve goals
• In-depth knowledge of program planning and earned value management tools.
• Familiarity risk and opportunity management
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
• Extensive experience in contract negotiations
• Knowledge of aircraft sustainment methodology
• Background in analytics and data mining
• Experience utilizing Excel, Access, Tableau, SQL, Python
