We have an exciting role open within Caterpillar as a Senior Business Partnering Lead in Resource Industries Operations and Products Division. In this role you will be a strategic partner providing insights into many areas of the business and working with diverse teams across the globe, including senior level leadership, to achieve profitable growth.
This position is focused on driving business results through a multitude of channels: resource allocation of investment portfolio including electrification and NPI programs, developing sourcing strategies and capacity planning for Rigid Frame Trucks including being involved in Wide Body Truck and Bodies & Buckets strategy development.
What You Will Do:
Engage with Vice President Organizations within the division to provide insights and analysis to inform business decisions driving profitable growth.
Partner with Finance Directors within the division to deliver insights on business opportunities for profitable growth.
Work on complex investment analysis & project execution including electrification and automation initiatives
Develop a deep expertise of the business to enhance business knowledge to improve analysis
What You Have:

Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision
Financial Analysis: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.
Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
Top Candidates Will Also Have:
Education/Experience: 4-year degree in accounting/finance and/or 6-8 years of relevant accounting/finance/business experience
Demonstrated success and progression in previously held accounting or finance roles
Strong communication, interpersonal skills and executive presence with the ability to collaborate and partner across peers and leadership
Initiative, leadership, good judgement, effective organization skills, and accountability
Ability to take an Enterprise point of view and lead with our Values in Action.

The primary location for this position is Peoria, IL and additional location in Tucson, AZ

Summary Pay Range:
$144,960.00 - $217,320.00
