At this time, we are excited to announce that we are looking for Part-Time Therapy Development Specialist to join our team of over 10,000 global field representatives in several regions, making over 20 million product details annually for our pharmaceutical and biotech clients. In this role, you will be a member of a Part-Time sales team working 24 hours per week.
Part-Time Therapy Development Specialist
Are you an experienced sales representative or have experience supporting cardiology products and are looking for the ideal work life balance? Do you understand how to maximize your impact on customers efficiently and effectively? The Part-Time Therapy Development Specialist is primarily responsible for physician education and clinical staff on the advancements of transcathether therapies. This is accomplished by establishing mutually beneficial, long-term relationship with key physicians and their clinical staff. The Therapy Development Specialist is also responsible for working collaboratively with field teammates to maximize therapy awareness and the referral pathway.
4 year Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university required
Minimum 5 years of experience in selling or educating of physicians required
Medical device or pharmaceutical sales or educational experience preferred
Cardiology experience (sales or clinical) preferred
Demonstrated success in prior roles
Have a valid driver’s license and be insurable
Knowledge of cardiac and vascular anatomy, physiology, and pathology
Experience teaching and educating medical personnel, peers and technical support personnel
Demonstrated analytical skills
Demonstrated business acumen
Demonstrated success in persuasion, influence and negotiation skills
Demonstrated leadership ability
Demonstrated ability to apply technical/scientific knowledge
Flexibility to learn new products over time
Knowledge of and experience with the selling process
