Hyatt Human Resources Coordinator in TYSONS CORNER, Virginia

The Human Resources Coordinator , will support the Colleague Experience with recruitment, HRIS administration, and employee relations initiatives. You will serve as a contact to all colleagues at the Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner, providing a daily positive and caring support service to ensure a fulfilling team member experience.
Responsibilities may include, but not limited to the following:
Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to establish job descriptions, requirements and communication protocols. Develop and manage strategies to increase our talent pipeline.
Full Cycle Recruiting: Recruitment of various line level positions. Manage job boards. Source candidates, conduct phone screens, setup interview schedules, and create offer terms with leadership support.
Onboarding: Manage onboarding process. E-File Paperwork, HRIS Entry, and orientation.
Administration: Support day-to-day processes that provide an positive colleague experience
Colleague Relations: Assist with special events and projects as needed

Refined verbal and written communication skills.
Microsoft; Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Teams experience and understanding will be preferred
Previous hotel, Human Resources expereince preferred
