Hyatt Maintenance Technician in US, United States


Destination Residences Hawaii (DRH) presents a fine collection of premium condominium and villa rentals amid the luxury hotels and resorts of Hawaii’s most sought-after destinations. Our broad portfolio of vacation rental residences is located across Maui, Kauai and the Island of Hawaii offering our guests a variety of options ranging from the utmost luxurious accommodations to our most affordable condominiums, and everything in between. In addition, DRH oversees management for a number of homeowner’s associations.

The Maintenance Technician performs all general residence maintenance under minimum supervision in a manner which ensures the preservation of optimum quality, guest and owner preparedness and efficient production. Perform service requests and repairs as directed. Perform maintenance work on exterior of buildings as directed. Clean and inspect common area systems and report and repair deficiencies. Duties may increase in scope as the employee becomes more skilled, but the primary emphasis is the performance of a variety of basic maintenance with a high degree of skill in any many trades. Adhere to the company’s safety programs.


The ideal Maintenance Technician will have two years of maintenance training or work-related experience, extensive knowledge of repair and replacement of general fixtures, general repair includes doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry and have a high school diploma or high school equivalency certificate. The ideal Maintenance Technician will have the ability to complete work orders, take direction, complete tasks and handle multiple tasks and prioritize assignments. Basic computer skills needed. CPR and Standard First Aid certification preferred.
