This position is responsible for the Accounting Functions and management of individual residences in the rental management pool and six associations. Responsibilities include:

  • Processing and posting invoices to individual owner accounts

  • Posting work orders for Housekeeping & Engineering to individual owner accounts and associations

  • Preparing monthly owner statements

  • Posting monthly management fees for each owner to their accounts

  • Processing monthly owner payments due to associations

  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets for associations

  • Bill out quarterly dues for associations

  • Preparation of balance sheets and financials for associations and condo residences

  • Responsible for month-end functions, which includes preparing and uploading journal entries

The starting salary for this position is $70,600. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:

  • Hospitality or Accounting degree preferred

  • 2 years or more of progressive Accounting experience, preferably in a hotel or condominium environment

  • Prior Springer Miller (SMS),Quickbooks, and Associations experience desired

  • Must be an advanced user of Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line

  • Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Must have excellent organizational, administrative and problem-solving skills
