This is an hourly level position.

The following job description is for an individual that can perform the duties of one of the following three positions:
Filler Operator
Responsibilities:
Can safely lift up to 50lbs
Understands and can explain the theory of operation
Performs Metal Check/ Product Screening for foreign materials
Metal Check Calibration Procedures, Electric Scale and it’s operation
HACCP
Packaging Eatem Foods Products
Product Recognition
Completes all required paperwork
Follows all Safety rules and regulations. GMP, PPE, LOTO.
Works as a team member
Changeover and Proper Sanitation of Equipment
Chopper Operator
Responsibilities:
Can safely lift up to 50lbs
Understands and can explain the theory of operation
Stages and verifies correct raw materials for batch making process
Follows batch sheets and batch making SOP as directed
Operates equipment as directed from the standard operating procedure
Completes all required paperwork
Follows all Safety rules and regulations. GMP, PPE, LOTO.
Works as a team member

Flavor Technician
Responsibilities:
Can safely lift up to 50lbs
Understands and can explain the theory of operation
HACCP Requirements
Stages and verifies correct raw materials for batch making process

Completes all required paperwork
Follows all Safety rules and regulations. GMP, PPE, LOTO.
Changeover and Proper Sanitation of Equipment
Job Requirements:
Must have mechanical abilities.
Knowledge of GMP’s.
Basic computer skills, Word and Excel.
Commitment to ADM’s goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures
Exhibit regular and timely attendance
Willing to work overtime and weekends if needed
Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in team setting when needed
Exhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and supportive attitude
Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly
Ability to pay attention to and focus on small details. i.e., lot numbers, order numbers, etc.
Flexibility in accepting change and an attitude of continuous improvement
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Physical Demands:
- Standing, Walking and Lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
