We Offer
Regularly Scheduled Hours: 1st Shift - Monday - Friday - 6:00am – 2:30pm, OT as required
Hourly Rate of Pay: From $22.60/hour
Sign On Bonus: $1500 ($500 after 3 months, $500 after 6 months, $500 after 12 months - must not be on a corrective action for attendance)

Primary Function
Assembler (1st Shift) constructs high quality custom commercial water heaters, boilers, and pool heaters; assembles items such as fans, gas trains, sheet metal parts, heat exchangers and other assemblies
Role Specific Responsibilities
Start up, operation and shutdown of equipment.
Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies.
Feed or place items onto equipment for processing.
Complete assembly of components while inspecting components for fit, form and function per defined procedures.
Use a variety of hand tools.
Ensure conformance to specifications.
Interpret, monitor and record production data.
Learn multiple tasks related to the assigned production area.
Maintain and clean and safe production area.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Strong oral and written communication skills
Measurement/mathematical skills
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use electronic information.
Ability to work independently or on a team
Ability to multi-task and problem solve.
Education
High School Diploma or GED
Years of Experience
Minimum of 1 year related work experience
Physical Requirements
Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as steel-toe shoes/boots, ear and eye protection.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, and with assistance
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
