The Associate Business Systems Analyst works under direct supervision to support and administer systems. Participates in the analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system logic and workflows as necessary in order to automate/optimize processes in time & attendance systems for implementations.
Under direct supervision works with user groups to solve business problems with available technology. Responsible for executing activities related to Information Technology in the company involving the definition, development, maintenance and operation of time & attendance systems.
Essential Functions
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, both domestic and global.
Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, and task/process/workflow analysis.
Perform hands on system configuration and development/scripting as needed.
Develop test plans and performs application testing for configuration or system-related changes.
Assist with module patches, bundles, and upgrades, including testing, documentation and implementation.
Audit policies and controls related to area of scope to ensure legal requirements are met and provide plan for compliance, as necessary.
Identify opportunities to improve systems through automation, process re-engineering and new/improved features.
Develop/deliver end user training as needed.
Provide production support and application configuration for global systems within scope of responsibility based on tickets received from end users.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
Sunday work will be required until Dimensions is fully rolled out. And maybe required on future holiday weeks.

Qualifications:
Experience
Entry level position
Prior experience working in an office environment preferred.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job
Microsoft Office proficiency required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Experience with a case tracking system such as ServiceNow a plus
