About this Role

Parexel has an exciting opportunity for a strategic individual with RWE clinical study design and delivery experience to fill our Associate Director / Director, Integrated Solutions Real World Evidence & Market Access position. The person selected for this position will work directly with both clients and internal teams to find solutions and strategies to direct creative design of studies including start up, delivery and budget.

The Director, Integrated Solutions Real World Evidence & Market Access will have experience in the design, operational conduct, and successful delivery of integrated solutions globally. The y will work in partnership with Commercial Operations and Business Units to optimize new business awards through the development of compelling operational and technical strategies and business solutions to support current and future client needs. These strategies will include in-depth risk assessments and scenario plans specific to RWE.

Key Accountabilities :

  • Work in partnership with clients (internal or external) regarding new business opportunities. Interactions frequently involve strong communication, negotiating, and influencing skills.

  • Drive the identification and assist in the qualification of new opportunities. Provide strategic guidance for business development and/or therapeutic area growth.

  • Lead the development of efficient, competitive, and profitable solutions, scopes, and budgets that maximize value for the customer and differentiate Parexel from its competitors.

  • Expand breadth and depth of client relationships.

  • Maintain extensive knowledge of relevant products and pipelines, competitors, and industry trends and innovations.

  • Support the development of customer-focused, well-presented proposal content and budgets that drive new business.

  • Help create and define bid pursuit content and participate in bid pursuit meetings.

  • Ensure effective handover and subsequent adoption of solutions to the delivery team.

    Successful candidates will be highly motivated, able to work independently, and thrive in a dynamic fast-pasted environment. The candidate will have 8+ years’ experience in developing solutions or proposal strategies for new business opportunities or delivering clinical trials in a contract research organization (CRO).

Education:

• Bachelor ’ s degr e e req u i r ed; advance d degree preferred
