The Digital Product Analyst (DPA) will work cross-functionally on small - medium projects and implementations for digital products to understand, analyze, and facilitate business needs, requirements, and impacts of business changes to digital products. Additionally, this role will participate with leadership to define and implement the best practice activities for product management.
Responsibilities
Execute independently on projects or as part of a team of DPAs on small-medium sized projects, working closely with business operations, technology groups, clients, business partners, vendors and the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure superior customer and client experience
Conduct requirements analysis and define new product features based on stakeholder needs; manage communications to clients on status requests
Identify solutions and conduct validation
Analyze and troubleshoot issues and requests; triaging with IT and/or Content Analysts and other stakeholders as necessary
Develop, manage and communicate current state and future state product models, keeping them aligned to changing business needs as a result of strategic initiatives, operational changes, compliance requirements, client needs and technology or operational improvements, and relevant for active portfolio management
Provide expertise in understanding digital properties, with solution architects, Customer Experience/Customer Insight (UX/UI) and delivery teams to build solutions that best suit our environments
Support peer and project teams through efficient design, development, testing, and deployment phases of the product lifecycle; contribute to the product roadmap by working closely with the product manager
Support the creation of reporting to program leadership and/or clients to accurately communicate status, issues, risks, and recommendations
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School Diploma or GED required
2 years of work experience in business analysis related to digital products and projects
Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Additional Qualifications
Intermediate understanding of business analysis concepts and methodologies
Excellent verbal and written communication, and facilitation skills
Ability to manage conflict and build consensus to drive results
Demonstrated problem solving, analytical, and creative thinking skills
Self-directed and strong personal initiative and accountability
Team player, comfortable with and able to adapt to a fast- paced, changing environment and ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting digital products
Experience in the digital industry
Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), health care or Pharmacy experience
Knowledge of security, privacy, and PHI/PII legal requirements in health care related industries
Minimum Physical Job Requirements
Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear
Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch
Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Reporting Structure
- Reports to Sr Professional, Manager, Director or Sr Director in the Operations Shared Services Department
Potential pay for this position ranges from $60,900.00 - $91,500.00 based on location, experience and skills.
