Primary Function

This position supervises employees responsible for housekeeping for the AC plant, Division, and CCF. This position also supervises employees responsible for all facilities maintenance for the AC plant, Division, and CCF

Responsibilities

  • Manage the scheduling, completion, and quality of the following maintenance repairs.

  • Roofing

  • Painting

  • Plumbing

  • Concrete Repair

  • Office Remodeling

  • Cardboard Recycling

  • Lawn Maintenance

  • Landscaping

  • Pest Control

  • Various Carpentry Projects

  • Manage the shop supplies to control cost while assuring the correct supplies are available to complete quality craftsmanship in an efficient manner.

  • Enhance the current shop tool management process.

  • Promote shop practice to always keep safety first, lean shop environment carrying the strong 5S foundation.

  • Maintain service and repair records including cost, timing, and future concerns.

  • Provide training and other tools for the team for continued skill growth and development.

  • Keep strong customer communications to assure quality Customer Service.

Qualifications

  • Thorough knowledge of the standard practices, processes, tools, and materials required to properly maintain and service the facilities and support equipment.

  • Strong leadership skills to promote safe, efficient, and accountable shop practice.

  • Stay up to date with the computer skills required to perform this position effectively.

    Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 75lbs.

  • Ability to kneel, bend, squat, or stand for extended periods of time.

  • Stay active and on your feet for long periods throughout the day

    Working Conditions

  • Variable temperatures and humidity

  • Noise levels requiring ear protection

  • Exposure to limited dust and fumes

Education

High School Diploma or GED in Related Field

Years of Experience

Minimum of 3 years of related work experience or training
