Job Description:

Follows a selected number of clearly defined procedures under general guidance. Handles inquiries and reports thru email, inbound phone calls, and webforms of moderate scope and complexity within customer service areas such as customer inquiries, fraud complaints and/or reports pertaining to PSD products which may require first level of investigation and coordination with different areas of the business. These customer inquiries and reports will be varied in nature and will require timely phone or email follow through to ensure critical information are collected and escalated to appropriate teams within the organization.

This position may reside in Customer Operations or in a business.

  • Responsible for handling and managing simple to mid-complex inquiries or reports from internal or external customers related to potentially fraudulent activities or counterfeit products from Personal Safety Division or any other Division under Safety and Industrial Business Group.

  • Conducts first level of investigation when any potential fraud activities are reported and decide based on available and set guidelines on when to escalate or endorse such investigation to the appropriate team (i.e., Business team, Marketing team, Legal Team, etc).

  • Responsible for resolving simple to mid-complex issues and providing issue resolution according to the set guidelines provided.

  • Coordinates in a timely manner with different teams thru emails, meetings or phones calls which would require high level of accuracy and critical thinking.

  • May be required to generate and provide simple reports and analytics directly related to the function.

  • Other administrative duties may be required by the business
