Hardware Project Manager - Global Expansion

What does a successful Hardware Project Manager do?

We are seeking an experienced Hardware Project Manager to expand our presence into new countries and generate business insights by analyzing data from various perspectives, including supply chain, forecasting & planning, logistics operations. In this role, you’ll collaborate with diverse teams across different countries to develop effective business plans, making strong teamwork skills are crucial. Additionally, you should also have experience in project management, as well as exceptional leadership and communication abilities.

What You Will Do:

• Responsibly manage projects to support hardware launches in various countries, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Analyze supply chain data and performance reports to offer valuable business insights to management.

• Identify cost-effective solutions for optimizing supply chain processes.

• Proactively address any issues that arise, such as delivery delays or accidents.

• Participate in the procurement process to meet the requirements of the hardware team.

• Swiftly adapt to changes in overarching goals, schedules, and project architecture.

What You Will Need To Have:

• Minimum 5+ years experience in hardware, project management, supply chain or in similar fields.

• Comprehensive understanding of supply chain processes and a deep understanding of new hardware product development and manufacturing processes.

• Understand reverse logistics, RMA (return merchandise authorization) processes, and repair procedures.

• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.

• Keen attention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.

• Possess a strategic and analytical mindset.

• Ability to travel as needed.

What Will Be Great To Have:

• Bachelor's degree, master's degree or MBA is a plus.
