Responsibilities
Individual contributor that works under limited supervision. Applies subject matter knowledge; requires capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge. Responsible for coordinating the activities related to the infrastructure (network, telecommunications, basic software, hardware, servers) and database, involving the definition, development and maintenance of procedures, as well as overseeing the study and implementation of new processes and techniques for the area.
Qualifications
Experienced. Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; performing all duties of assigned role, but still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills. Builds knowledge of the organization, processes and customers. Solves a range of straightforward problems. Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures. Works with a moderate level of guidance and direction. Impact of work is primarily within own division or site.
