Position CPFR JR. * Summary: Briefly state the primary purpose of the job.* Responsible of CPFR’S collaboration model with SSS Retailers (Chedraui, La Comer, Corporacion Control) based on data analysis and KPI’s results (Fill Rate, InStock, Days On Hand) using CPFR methodology focused to maintain the Customer Supply Chain KPI on goal, generate replenishment strategies, support increase sales and create a more efficient value chain process. Link the customer requirements / demand into the HSY Supply Chain in a timely manner in accordance with the commercial promotional activities, POS performance and promotions calendar. Back up: CPFR * Major Duties/Responsibilities: Identify the major duties/responsibilities of the job. List the percentage of the incumbent's time that will be spent on each major duty/responsibility. It is not necessary to list duties/responsibilities that represent less than 10 percent of time. * Summary of major duties: Responsible for collaborate with retail SSS customer’s replenishment team to optimizing replenishment plans recognizing overrides of inventory and demand, manage store level inventories, delivery lead times, ordering policies and storage and handling requirements. He will equilibrate a “pull vs. push¨ replenishment model to move good into supply chain profitably while reducing overstock and out-of-stock conditions. Relationship management face-to-face representative of Hershey Customer Supply Team to the customer´s replenishment and commercial team. Generate Supply Chain scorecard Coordinate all inputs (CPFR KPIs POS strategies, marketing strategies, promotional calendars, sell-in/outs, innovation, in/out, seasonal, discontinuation) in the proposal of an replenishment and manual POS to effectively flow inventory from HSY warehouses to Customer Point of Sales Align HSY forecast with commercial strategy based on Customer objectives. Identify and communicate short-term replenishment and forecast discrepancies, closely collaborating with Demand Planning and customer service as appropriate in order to coordinate the resolution of order fulfillment challenges on all turns, seasonal, and/or promotional orders. Leadership CDA (Customer Meeting Alligment) weekly meetings to review business update with commercial, trade, demand and retail execution team. * Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities:* * Strong holistic Business Acumen in a CPG industry * Adaptive and astute in maneuvering through continuous change * Knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics Information Systems and Sales (Strategic and Execution) * Ability to interface with various organizational levels and build strategic working relationships * Work effectively with alliances and partnerships in the extended supply chain with customers * Basic knowledge on time series methods for Forecasting * Knowledge of Retail Partner Systems * Strong knowledge of CPFR process with Consumer Packaged Goods Industry * Proficiency to identify, evaluate and implement opportunities (increase revenue, service levels/turns, enhance logistic efficiencies) and recommend solutions internally * Thorough understanding of key internal and external order fulfillment processes * Excellent knowledge of supply chain management concepts and order processing systems * Demonstrated ability to initiate process change and experience to positively impact supply chain value drivers. * Strong understanding of customer go to market and sales strategies * Data base expertise: Excel, Access, etc. * Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:* Education: Bachelor of Statistics/Marketing/Mathematics/ Industrial Engineering Experience: Minimum of 1 year progressive experience on Demand or Supply Planning and have demonstrated proficiency in statistics, data management and analysis. * Knowledge Understanding basics of Supply Chain.
