Job Location: Remote This position can be based in Hershey, PA or remote. * Summary:* The Sr Associate Brand Manager (Sr ABM) will have primary responsibility of delivering the 3Y vision and strategic plan for the Better-For-You (BFY) Chocolate Portfolio. Supporting the Senior Brand Manager, the Sr ABM will identify opportunities and lead commercialization of ideas supporting business objectives. This role requires leading internal, cross-functional team projects to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies. Individuals must have strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate analytical and market insights into clear strategies for delivering 3Y objectives within the BFY Chocolate Portfolio. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on building strategy and insights as well as cross-functional collaboration and teamwork. * Responsibilities:* • Annual & Strategic Planning: Support development of 3Y and annual planning process for the BFY Chocolate Portfolio by identifying white space, sizing opportunity spaces, and building consumer-informed demand levers. • Analysis & Insights: Develop actionable insights from analysis of market data, competitor intelligence, customer-specific dynamics, and consumer research to identify opportunities and risks toward delivery of business objectives. • Project Commercialization: Partner with cross-functional teams to lead commercialization of projects through the stage gate process, from idea to final approval. Demonstrate the ability to manage projects on time and in line with financial goals. * Qualifications: Education:* • MBA or equivalent marketplace experience. * Experience/ Skills:* • At least 3 years of related work experience. • Superior leadership skills. • Overall business knowledge and holistic general management approach. • Superior strategic thinking and planning. • Outstanding analytical abilities. • Self-starter with a high degree of personal initiative. • Strong verbal and written communicator to wide breadth of audiences. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving, and collaborative environment. #LI-AM1 #LI-Remote The Hershey Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
