What You Would Be Doing:

• Turning ideas, business needs, research, and creative vision into compelling, clear core digital journeys and products

• Partner closely with the Product, Research, and Engineering teams to craft requirements and understand feasibility of solutions

• Ground ideas in data-driven solutions by using our Research Program to incorporate Card Member insights and principles throughout the creative process

• Be a passionate advocate for the Card Member

• Establish and manage relationships with internal partners

• Collaborating and communicating ideas with the spirit of camaraderie

Qualifications

• 5 years design experience across web and mobile

• Clear and current understanding of UX design patterns and ability to apply and advance digital experiences and UI design

• Ability to prioritize work streams across a diverse set of initiatives

• Ability to clearly communicate to business partners, agencies, and external stakeholders how design delivers on user and business goals

• Experience working closely with product and engineering in an agile environment

• Skills in ideation, sketching, wireframing, and user flows

• Proficiency in Figma

Qualifications

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
